HOLIDAY RETURNS


All items purchased (unless final sale) in November and December will have an additional grace period for returns/exchanges until January 15, 2026.  Final Sale items may be exchanged.  All items that are returned or exchanged must be in new, unused condition or they will not be accepted.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING


We ship until Tuesday, 12/23 for delivery on Christmas Eve.  Orders placed on 12/23, must be shipped Overnight in order to arrive on 12/24 (Domestic US orders only) Orders placed after 3pm Pacific time will be shipped on the following business day.

Please refer to this shipping chart so that your gifts arrive by Christmas. We ship Monday - Friday. Orders must be placed by 2:30pm to guarantee same day shipping. Chart is for US orders only. We are not responsible for any delays once the package has been shipped.

SHIPPING


We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Ground Shipping will take 5-7 business days to the east coast.

Most west coast orders arrive within 3 days if ground shipping is selected.

We ship orders the same business day they are placed if ordered before 3:30pm Pacific time.

Orders placed between Friday evening and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.  We use UPS & USPS Priority Mail for all shipments (with the exception of some watch strap orders). For Next Day Air orders shipped on a Friday, they will not arrive to their destination until Monday.

All local taxes and duty for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Pre-Order

Items that are marked as Pre-Order will be charged immediately but will not ship until the promised date.  


 

 Special Orders

In some cases, we may be able to special order sizes of a particular jewelry item.  Please use our contact form to inquire about a particular item number. Items special-ordered cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale. 


RETURNS

Items may be returned within 30 days of item receipt.  

Ship items back to the address below in new, unused condition. Be sure to include a copy of your order or a note with your Name, address and phone number.

SALE/DISCONTINUED/FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items that are "ON SALE" or in our sale section or otherwise advertised as "discontinued" and/or "final sale" can be returned for exchange only.
